Nick Athanasakos is seasoned with over 30 years of Fortune 500 experience with Frito Lay Inc., Avery Dennison, and Nike Inc.  In his 25 year career at Nike, Nick held increasingly senior roles in critical operational areas including Demand and Inventory Planning, Country and Global Supply Chains, and leading Nike’s Global Sourcing & Manufacturing.

Mr. Athanasakos’ career has been marked by his ability to develop high performing talent and drive rapid growth.  Over the years he has developed an expertise in forming high performing diverse teams and nurturing radical personal and professional growth of the individuals in his organization.

As a coach, Nick’s style blends a key eye on business results with a sense of humor, and the ability to bring teams together to achieve daunting goals.  His strengths include strategic planning and execution, high performing team development, individual coaching to unlock potential, and delivering critical business results.

Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.  

Prior to living in the Pacific Northwest, Nick and his wife Jane enjoyed living and working in Holland and Belgium.  Their two children were born overseas and Nick is fluent in Dutch/Flemish.  Nick is passionate about stimulating the senses – you can find him skiing, biking, hiking, music, cooking, and wine tasting when he isn’t working.   Nick and Jane relocated to the Central Coast and are enjoying daily sunshine after two decades in the Portland Metro area.
