Natascha is an engaging and results driven communication coach for professionals wanting to expand or optimize their communication impact when communicating with clients, teams and executives. With degrees in Communication, her approach is steeped in research while tailored to the individual strengths and growth goals of her clients. Areas of expertise include executive presence, presentation and delivery, effective messaging, skilled facilitation, emotional intelligence and interpersonal rapport-building.

Natascha has worked with organizations including Kaiser Permanente, UCSD Medical Center, Lieberman Research Worldwide, Center for Talent Innovation, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Schmidt Futures. Between 2013 - 2020, Natascha served as a communications coach to McKinsey & Company consultants, in addition to being a faculty member and trainer for McKinsey & Company’s West Coast University.

Prior to her coaching work, Natascha was an educator specializing in Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking as faculty at San Diego State University. A seasoned speaker, she has led audiences up to 3000 people.

Natascha holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Communication with a focus on Interpersonal Communication from San Diego State University. She studied theater arts at Circle In the Square Theater Conservatory in New York City and brings a variety of theater and performance skills to her communication coaching.
