Mike Malin brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience at Nike where he had a proven track record of delivering value both in Information Technology and critical Operation roles across Footwear, Apparel, and Merchandising. Throughout the years he was placed into key roles accountable for driving business growth through transformational change. Areas of focus included Supply Chain, Planning, Analytics, IT Infrastructure, Design, and Product (Footwear/Apparel) development.

Mike is known as an inspirational leader with a passion for individual coaching and team development. While leading teams up to 500 people his organizations were known as a place where talent thrived, teams operated (and measured!) at a high level of performance, and Joy was considered a critical enabler of reaching strategic business goals.

Growing up in the Northwest Mike attended the University of Portland on a scholarship to play D1 tennis. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Systems from UofP and a Masters in Technology Management from Washington State University. He started his career at Nike as an intern in IT.

Mike met his wife Stephanie in college and they cherished time living in both Portland and The Netherlands while raising two daughters.  In their spare time you’ll find Mike and Stephanie outdoors enjoying a wide range of sports including skiing, hiking, tennis, and mountain biking.
