Meghan Paasonen

Meghan Paasonen brings twenty years experience as an organizational change consultant who has supported a wide range of C-suite executives, government leaders, and management consultants worldwide. Having lived and worked internationally, she has supported and counseled global leaders as they led significant change within their organizations.

Her primary focus is on enabling organizations to rapidly adopt change, which begins with leaders who lead and communicate with transparency, credibility and passion.  Through individual coaching and group facilitation, she focuses on bringing greater clarity to individual and group effectiveness and relationships. She brings tested frameworks and research and thoughtful inquiry to her clients -- allowing them to define the outcomes and learn from themselves.

Meghan has a Masters in Organizational Management from George Washington University and a Bachelors in Communications and Business. She has a Leadership Coaching certification and is a trained Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and DiSC Profile facilitator and focus group moderator. She has worked with several international nonprofit organizations equipping local people groups to serve the most vulnerable in their communities. She is also the Director of a nonprofit organization in Denver which mentors youth. She lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband, John, and three sons, Finn, Luke and Daniel.
