Jasmine Cueva

Jasmine is passionate about helping others discover their untapped potential through her unique ability to quickly establish rapport. She creates a safe environment to allow each individual to dive deep into their subconscious to better understand themselves by asking insightful questions to help uncover roadblocks and identify any stressors and offer a holistic approach for growth. She is a strong advocate for self-care, which includes exercise. Jasmine believes there are always alternate pathways to accomplish goals and compassionately assists her clients by setting and maintaining a proper work-life balance, which is key to longevity in any endeavor and a harmonious, joyful life.

Jasmine homeschooled her five children, which humbly taught her the benefits of patience and how using questions can help a person find solutions to their problems. Jasmine graduated UCLA in 2020 Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies and minor in Chicana/o Studies. She is currently completing her holistic trauma informed health coach certification through Zura Health and will be starting Columbia University’s Graduate program in Social Work in 2024. Living an active lifestyle is one way Jasmine takes care of her physical, spiritual and mental health. She has run five marathons, including the prestigious Boston Marathon in 2019. She is an Iron Man triathlete and a hot yoga lover.

She lives in Southern California with her five children.
