Heidi Billings brings insight and expertise as a trusted coach, consultant and facilitator working with all levels of the organization within Fortune 500 companies, successful tech startups, and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Packman & Associates, she worked in leadership roles in Corporate Communications and Public Relations in Aerospace, Finance and Real Estate where she created, managed, and directed communication strategies, including speech writing and messaging for CEOs. As a coach, Heidi works with leadership teams around the world. She also conducts communication and leadership offsites and workshops for senior executive teams and their organizations.

Her coaching and training style incorporates her business experience with a high dose of authenticity, empathy, thoughtfulness, and humor. She is passionate and committed in her life’s work of seeing people reach personal and professional success.

Heidi holds a M.S. degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Northeastern University; a B.A. in Speech Communication; and is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University in the Communication Division. She is also a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner, Hogan certified, Working Genius Certified and Multipliers Coach. 

She grew up in Southern California, has traveled the world with her two daughters, and now resides by the beach in Ventura County.
