Carlene Elliott

Carlene Elliott has over 25 years of global human resources experience gained from an impressive list of Fortune 500 companies including Levi Strauss, and Industrial Light & Magic.  She is passionate about helping organizations drive their business forward through their most important asset – their people. 

Carlene skillfully provides guidance to senior executives and rising leaders as they navigate challenges and chart new directions for their organizations. Most notably, Carlene served as a long-time member of the Nike Human Resource team where she was awarded increasingly senior roles throughout her career. She led both regional and global teams and served a wide range of client groups from newly formed, rapid growth teams to large established, mature business segments.  

Clients appreciate her ability to quickly assess complex businesses and company cultures, be a trusted thought-partner and provide insightful counsel.  She is a strategic partner to leaders, focusing on helping individuals and teams thrive and achieve their full potential.  Carlene’s expertise includes executive coaching, global talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management and diversity, equity, and inclusion.  

Carlene has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon. She earned her professional coaching certification from The Hudson Institute of Coaching and also has certifications in the Hogan Assessments and Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model.
